Why gender and leadership matter, what affect leadership styles and how we exhibit leadership traits depend on many factors. Professor Melissa Johns from Stanford University carried out a workshop organized by University of Zenica and TPO Foundation for students and teaching staff. Over 40 students participated to the event and were engaged in exercises professor Melissa prepared for them to explain how acting with power might look like.

The University representatives professor Darko Petković, professor Malik Čabaravdić and Lamija Subašić hosted the event together with professor Zilka Spahić Šiljak.
